1. Max Offer is 8M
2. Make one topic of the player and make your offers any other topic that is made afterwards will be deleted
3. Any stupid offers for players that aren't worth it won't be offered to the player
4. There are teams that have weak finances it has nothing to do with your cap your team is just poor so don't worry if you can't get any UFA's

Is there away u can make a list of teams with weak finace to let those Gms no ahead of time?
